Among the many locations on the 500-acre Skinwalker Ranch, Homestead 2 has become one of the most extensively investigated—not because of a single dramatic event, but because it repeatedly generated unexplained observations across multiple independent studies. Initially considered an ordinary abandoned building, the site attracted increasing scientific attention after a routine baseline survey detected an unexplained radio-frequency (RF) signal. Investigators systematically ruled out common sources such as vehicles, nearby radio traffic, equipment malfunction, weather interference, and operator error, yet none could fully account for the signal. During one of these experiments, the RF monitor once again detected a signal at 1.6 GHz, matching a frequency previously recorded months earlier.
